Teo and his team stopped by when he said he would. He took the time to inspect the task. The price was fair and negotiated. This is pretty important because we literally had 5-6 other roofing contractors that would not respond to our calls, or show up for the estimate. Or they\'d show for the estimate then you\'d never hear from them again. We had one that responded to our call three weeks later. Why would we even think of hiring those companies at all? We live in Staten Island and we had to go outside to NJ to find a competent fair and honest roofer. I\'m glad he operates here as well.\r\n\r\nOn the day of the job Teo\'s team let me know they were on the way and they showed up exactly on time. The gentleman did a very competent and thorough job. All I saw was hard work over two days time, just professional all the way. \r\n\r\nAll the tasks we discussed were done with care. When we found a bit of additional roof damage (inevitable when you are doing a roof tear off)....this was also done at a fair and negotiated cost. And I was surprised at how well the guys cleaned up (I thought I\'d at the very least have to do a bit of that in the yard).\r\n\r\nOverall I would highly recommend Teo\'s Construction. The work looks great. To be fair, it was just finished today...so let\'s see how well this holds up over the next few weeks, through some storms and all (we have skylights and it\'s always a little scary roof jobs with skylights)...and if anything changes I\'ll update it here. \r\n\r\nAs of now, we plan on doing more work with Teo and recommended his services to you all reading reviews and our neighbor as well.
